Data for all participants

Many of the data tables and files are applicable to all participants: cancer participants, rare disease probands and rare disease relatives. This document sums up what is available and points you to the detailed descriptive files on what is there.

Clinical data for all participants

Clinical data is contained in LabKey. There is data on all participants including sampling data, hospital episode statistics and mental health data. These tables are summarised in the General clinical data page.

Results of bioinformatic analyses

There are aggregated variant calls of all germline variants, which include functional annotation and principal component analysis, carried out by GEL.

Public data

The document publicly available data lists the public datasets that we have made available in the RE, which you can use to supplement your analysis.
