Data for cancer participants¶
There is a vast amount of data for cancer participants. This document sums up what is available and points you to the detailed descriptive files on what is there.
Cancer clinical data¶
Clinical data is contained in LabKey. Cancer data include details of the disease and tumour, sampling information and cancer treatments. These tables are summarised in the Cancer-specific clinical data page.
Some of the clinical tables contain the results of our bioinformatic analyses and have their own documentation pages describing the details of what these tables contain and how they were generated:
Orthogonal standard-of-care (SOC) test data (cancer) is also available.
Cancer variants¶
We have aggregated together all somatic variants into our Somatic Aggregated Variant Calls files.
