Finding participants by genotype in Cohort browser in CloudOS¶

Searching¶

The Cohort Browser application in CloudOS allows you to search for participants by phenotype and genotype filters.

In either the Source or OMOP data model, you can search by Omics data discovery and filter by genes, genomic loci, allele frequencies and variant consequences.

Further use¶

You can download or export your cohort from the Cohort Overview page, or you can drop your cohort into an interactive session.
